Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  Circuit  Courts  Act.   Adds  a  heading  to  Section      
   relating  to  the election of circuit judges. Increases from 94 to 95,      
   the number of circuit judges to be elected  in  the  circuit  of  Cook      
   County.
