SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes reference to: New Act Adds reference to: 55 ILCS 5/5-1041.2 new 65 ILCS 5/11-12-5.2 new Deletes everything. Amends the Counties Code and the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that land donations required by a county or municipality as a condition of residential subdivision, resubdivision, or development shall be based upon an ordinance that specifies the population expected to be generated by residential development, the number of acres of school site or park site required to serve the population generated by residential development, and the value of an acre of land improved with subdivision improvements for cash contributions instead of the conveyance of land. Sets forth the requirements that the ordinances must meet. Sets out a value determination for an acre of land improved with subdivision improve- ments for cash contributions instead of the conveyance of land. Pre- empts home rule powers.
