Provides that a person may not hold himself or herself out as a certified divorce me- diator unless he or she has been certified by the committee on dispute resolutions created by the Act. Set training and experience require- ments for certification as a divorce mediator. Requires that informa- tion disclosed in mediation sessions remain confidential with certain exceptions. Amends the Regulatory Agency Sunset Act to sunset the Divorce Mediator Certification Act on January 1, 2008.
