House Sponsors: MORROW Short description: RISK MANGEMENT-DEPOSIT-FUNDS Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act and the Public Funds Investment Act. Provides that nothing in the Section concerning authorized investments for intergovernmental risk management entities and nothing in the Section concerning authorized investments for public agencies shall be construed to allow an intergovernmental risk management entity to accept the deposit of public funds except for risk management purposes.
