Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Appropriates $20,000,000 from the Road Fund to the Department  of      
   Transportation  for  the  construction  of  an  overpass  to bypass an      
   existing railroad-highway  grade  crossing  in  the  City  of  Dolton.      
   Effective July 1, 1997.
