VEH CD-BIKE HELMETS FOR KIDS                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.  Provides that it  is  unlawful      
   for  a person under the age of 18 to operate or to be a passenger on a      
   bicycle unless he or she wears a bicycle helmet. Provides for  a  fine      
   of $25 for a violation.
