Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois  Vehicle  Code  to  remove  an  exception  to      
   fingerprinting  requirements  for  individuals  who  possessed a valid      
   school bus permit on a  certain  date  issued  by  a  Regional  School      
   Superintendent.  Effective January 1, 1998.
