VEHICLES-OSCILLATING LIGHTS                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  Illinois  Vehicle  Code.   Changes  the  penalty  for      
   certain unauthorized uses of oscillating, rotating, or flashing lights      
   on  motor  vehicles  from  a  Class A misdemeanor to a Class 4 felony.      
   Amends the Criminal Code of 1961.  Provides that unauthorized  use  of      
   oscillating,   rotating,   or   flashing   lights   constitutes  false      
   personation of a peace officer.
