Provides that the Department of State Police shall operate an Internet Pedophile Investigation Unit to monitor the Internet and online services for pedophile and child pornography-related activity and conduct investigations and operations with the goal of identifying and apprehending persons who are engaging or attempting to engage in child pornography or other unlawful acts relating to minors.
