Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code.  Removes the language  which      
   repeals,  on August 31, 1998, provisions authorizing the Department of      
   Human Services to provide naturalization  and  nutrition  services  to      
   certain legal immigrants.  Effective immediately.
