Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends various licensing Acts regulating the provision of  health      
   care  services  by health care providers.  Prohibits the imposition of      
   interest charges as long as the consumer is making regular payments of      
   more than $50 per month toward the unpaid balance.
