Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the State Employee Article of the Pension Code  to  allow       
   State  Police  to retire after 25 years of service, regardless of age.      
   Effective immediately.                                                      
          PENSION NOTE                                                         
          Cost estimated in 1991 for the same provisions projected an          
          increase in accrued liabilities of $6.7 M. With the same fiscal      
          impact now, increase in annual costs would be minor.
