PEN CD-ST POL-ACCEL ANNUAL INC                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  State  Employee  Article  of  the  Pension  Code  to      
   accelerate the initial automatic annual increase in retirement annuity      
   for certain retired State policemen.  Effective immediately.                
          PENSION NOTE                                                         
          Fiscal impact would be relatively minor.
