Short description: 
ELEC CD-ABSENTEE BALLOT                                                    

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Election Code. Allows personal delivery of an absentee      
   ballot to any qualified voter admitted to a hospital due to injury  or      
   illness  not more than 10 days before an election (now not more than 5      
   days before an election).                                                   
          FISCAL NOTE (State Bd. of Elections)                                 
          HB2816 would have minimal fiscal impact.
