Provides that an animal shelter or animal control facility may apply to the Department of Professional Regulation for registration for the purpose of being authorized to purchase, possess, and administer sodium pentobarbital to euthanize animals. Provides that registered animal shelters and animal control facilities may purchase, possess, and administer legend drugs to sedate animals prior to euthanasia.
