Provides that no person, corporation, organization, or entity that derives income directly from the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority or the Department of Transportation shall make a contribution to a member of the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority Board of Directors, executive staff, advisory committee, or any person holding an official position with the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority. Provides that a wilful violation is a Class B misdemeanor.
