VEH CD-TRAFFIC ACCIDENT RPT                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois  Vehicle  Code  to  provide  that  State  law      
   enforcement agencies (except the Department of State Police) and local      
   law  enforcement agencies may receive a fee not to exceed $10 (instead      
   of $5) for each copy of a traffic accident report.                          
          FISCAL NOTE (Sec. of State)                                          
          The fiscal impact of HB 1917, if any, is estimated to be less        
          than $1,000 per year.                                                
          STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE                                           
          In the opinion of DCCA, HB1917 fails to create a State mandate       
          under the State Mandates Act.
