Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business  Practices  Act.      
   Makes a stylistic change in provisions concerning severability.             
          FISCAL NOTE (Office of Attorney General)                             
          There will be no fiscal impact on the A.G. Office.                   
          STATE MANDATES ACT FISCAL NOTE                                       
          HB 1674 fails to create a State mandate.
