MET WATER RECLAM-TRANSFERS

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. Permits
the district's board of trustees to transfer appropriations among
departments after March 1 of a fiscal year, rather than after the
first half of a fiscal year.
          FISCAL NOTE (DCCA)
The proposed legislation will have no effect on the total
amount of appropriations and would not increase the tax levy.
