$DHS-IL FACILITIES FUND                                                    

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Appropriates $4,000 to the Department of  Human  Services  for  a      
   grant  to the Illinois Facilities Fund, a not-for-profit organization,      
   to establish a revolving loan program for  building  improvements  and      
   expansions  of  Illinois  not-for-profit  organizations  that  work in      
   service partnerships with the State. Effective July 1, 1997.
