Short description: 
ST FIN-FELON FORFEIT LEAVE                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the State  Finance  Act.   Prohibits a State officer or         
   employee   from  receiving  payment  or  credit  for accrued vacation,      
   overtime, personal leave, and  sick  leave  when  leaving  service  if      
   convicted  of  a felony arising out of or relating to his or her State      
   employment.  Applies to time accrued on or after the bill's  effective      
   date  or  after  the  expiration  or  renewal of a relevant collective      
   bargaining  agreement.   Requires  repayment  of  an  amount  paid  in      
   violation of the prohibition.  Effective immediately.                       
          STATE MANDATES ACT FISCAL NOTE                                       
          HB1512 fails to create a State mandate.                              
          FISCAL NOTE (Bureau of the Budget)                                   
          HB1512 will not increase or decrease State appropriations or         
          revenues significantly.
