Provides that the township collector or county collector shall charge a fee of up to $10 for any duplicate tax bill. Provides that amounts collected from this fee shall be deposited into the Tax Sale Automation Fund. Effective immediately. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Provides that the collector, upon approval by the county board, shall assess a fee of up to $5 for duplicate tax bills.
