Short description: 
VEH CD-REVOKE LICENSE-GANG                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.  Provides that the Secretary of      
   State shall not issue, renew, or allow the  retention  of  a  driver's      
   license  nor  issue a permit to a person under the age of 21 years who      
   has been convicted of a gang-related felony offense until  the  person      
   is  21  years  of  age.   Provides that the Secretary shall revoke the      
   license or permit of a driver upon receiving a report of the  driver's      
   conviction of a gang-related felony offense.  Effective immediately.
