UTIL FUEL ADJUST NO COAL TRANS                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Public Utilities  Act.   Removes  coal  transportation      
   costs  from  allowable costs recoverable as a cost of fuel.  Effective      
   immediately.                                                                
          FISCAL NOTE (Commerce Commission, Ill.)
