PLUMBING LIC-CIVIL PENALTY                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Plumbing  License  Law  to  set  forth  civil      
   penalties  for  violations  of  the  Act.  Allows  the  Department  of      
   Public Health   to   investigate   unlicensed  activities.                  
   Effective immediately.
