Provides that no person shall smoke in a hospital, ambulatory surgical treatment center, post-surgical recovery center, nursing home, dentist's or physicians's office, or any other health care provider or facility. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Provides that a resident may smoke in a facility licensed under the Nursing Home Care Act.
