Effective immediately. STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE In the opinion of DCCA, HB 473 fails to meet the definition of a mandate under the State Mandates Act. FISCAL NOTE (DCCA) HB 473 does not have a fiscal impact on the Dept. HOME RULE IMPACT NOTE HB 473 does not preempt home rule authority and does not relate to home rule unit of government.
