          STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE
In the opinion of DCCA, HB265 fails to create a State mandate

          HOME RULE NOTE
HB 265 does not preempt home rule authority.
          FISCAL NOTE (DOT)
The cost for HB 265 is indeterminate at this time.
