Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Municipal Code.  Allows a  municipality  that      
   has imposed a telecommunications tax and whose territory includes part      
   of  another  unit of local government or school district to exempt the      
   unit of local government or school district from the tax.
