OBAMA. 305 ILCS 5/4-2 from Ch. 23, par. 4-2 Amends the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that the provision prohibiting the increase of the amount of an assistance grant for the birth of an additional child shall not exclude the inclusion of that additional child when determining eligibility for and the amount of assistance for an assistance unit during any month in which the assistance unit has earned income.
