ZICKUS.

   730 ILCS 5/5-5-3.2        from Ch. 38, par. 1005-5-3.2                      

        Amends the Unified Code  of  Corrections.   Provides  that  if  a      
   defendant who is serving a mandatory supervised release term commits a      
   forcible  felony  then the defendant shall be sentenced to an extended      
   term sentence.  Effective immediately.
