DART. 510 ILCS 77/40 Amends the Livestock Management Facilities Act. Provides that the Department of Agriculture and the Environmental Protection Agency (now Department of Agriculture) shall annually request research funds to perform scientific environmental research pertinent to livestock management facilities and livestock waste handling facilities.
