BRADLEY. 20 ILCS 2905/2 from Ch. 127 1/2, par. 2 Amends the State Fire Marshal Act. Provides that the State Fire Marshal shall administer a program to provide grants to municipalities and fire protection districts for the purpose of purchasing thermal imaging cameras that enable firefighters to see better while performing their duties. Requires the municipality or district to pay one-half of the cost. Effective July 1, 1998.
