POE-KLINGLER. (BOMKE) 5 ILCS 220/3.1 from Ch. 127, par. 743.1 Amends the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act. Permits establishment of municipal joint action water agencies for water derived from the Sangamon River Valley Alluvium.
