   625 ILCS 5/15-109.1       from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 15-109.1                    

        Amends the Vehicle Code provisions requiring certain loads to  be      
   covered  by  a tarpaulin.  Increases the penalty from $250 to $500 and      
   establishes a 2nd or subsequent offense penalty of $1,000.   Effective      
   immediately.
