DAVIS,MONIQUE. 105 ILCS 5/2-3.84a new Amends the School Code. Requires all unexpended amounts appropriated for FY97 to the State Board of Education for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Teachers' Academy for Math and Science in Chicago and all amounts appropriated for that purpose in any subsequent fiscal year to be distributed in a lump sum by the State Board of Education or other State agency to which the appropriation is made to the Chicago School Reform Board of Trustees or its successor for its use in operating and maintaining the Chicago public schools.
