MOORE,EUGENE. 105 ILCS 5/34-2.2 from Ch. 122, par. 34-2.2 Amends the School Code in the Section governing the operation of local school councils to provide that a parent member of the local school council shall be elected (now, selected) by the members of the council as chairperson and that a secretary shall be elected (now, selected) by the members of the council from among their number.
