Provides that law enforcement officers may release the name and address of the minor and of the minor's parents or guardian and information pertaining to a disposition or alternative adjustment plan to the victims, their subrogees and legal representatives. Provides for adult criminal prosecution of minors charged with municipal or county ordinance violations.
