1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Senate were saddened to learn
3 of the death of Mrs. Clara Corsi, age 96, on March 26, 1998;
4 and
5 WHEREAS, She was born in Italy on December 16, 1901; she
6 was a resident of Crestwood since 1954; and
7 WHEREAS, She and her late husband, Tito, owned and
8 operated Corsi's Restaurant; and
9 WHEREAS, Her passing will be deeply felt by her family
10 and friends, especially her daughters, Yolanda McPherson and
11 Mary Rita Corsi, and her sons, Onelio and Norman; therefore,
12 be it
13 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY
14 OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we note with sorrow and regret
15 the death of Mrs. Clara Corsi and extend our sincere
16 condolences to her family and friends; and be it further
17 RESOLVED, That suitable copies of this resolution be
18 presented to the family of Mrs. Clara Corsi.
