2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 524 on page 4,
3 line 21, after "Fund", by inserting ", the Illinois Coal
4 Resurgence Fund,"; and
5 on page 7, by replacing line 5 with the following:
6 "(7) To assist in hiring consultants, engineers, and
7 other experts to assist in providing feasibility work in
