1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 103
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 103 as follows:
3 on page 1, line 27, by replacing "more than one street, storm
4 drain, sewer," with "street, storm drain sewer,"; and
5 on page 1, line 28, by replacing "appurtenances" with
6 "appurtenances, or any combination thereof,"; and
7 on page 1, line 29, after "local", by inserting "contiguous";
8 and
9 on page 2, line 3, after "project.", by inserting the
10 following:
11 "For purposes hereof, a local contiguous area shall be
12 defined as an area in which all of the lots, blocks, tracts,
13 or parcels located within the boundaries thereof will be
14 benefited by one or more of the proposed improvements.".
