1 AN ACT to amend the Alternate Fuels Act by changing
2 Section 15.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Alternate Fuels Act is amended by
6 changing Section 15 as follows:
7 (415 ILCS 120/15)
8 Sec. 15. Rulemaking. Within 90 days after the
9 effective date of this Act, the Agency shall promulgate rules
10 and dedicate sufficient resources to implement the purposes
11 of Sections 25 and 30 of this Act. These Such rules shall be
12 consistent with the provisions of the Clean Air Act
13 Amendments of 1990 and any regulations promulgated pursuant
14 thereto.
