Amends the Family Resource Development Act to require the
Department of Human Services to make grants to depressed

1 AN ACT to amend the Family Resource Development Act by
2 adding Section 10.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Family Resource Development Act is
6 amended by adding Section 10 as follows:
7 (305 ILCS 30/10 new)
8 Sec. 10. Family resource development grants. The
9 Department of Human Services shall make grants to depressed
10 inner city areas for the purpose of family resource
11 development.
