1 AN ACT to amend the Toll Highway Act by changing Section
2 13.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Toll Highway Act is amended by changing
6 Section 13 as follows:
7 (605 ILCS 10/13) (from Ch. 121, par. 100-13)
8 Sec. 13. Transactions with federal government. The
9 Authority is authorized, without limitation to the foregoing
10 powers, to accept grants from and enter into contracts,
11 leases, or other transactions with the Federal Government, or
12 any agency thereof, necessary or expedient to carry out the
13 provisions of this Act.
