Amends the Illinois Lottery Law. Provides that the
Department of the Lottery shall publish a report showing the
source and destination of all moneys collected, held, and
distributed by the Department.

1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Lottery Law by adding
2 Section 29.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Lottery Law is amended by adding
6 Section 29 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 1605/29 new)
8 Sec. 29. Financial data on internet. The Department
9 shall publish on the internet a report showing the source and
10 destination of all moneys collected, held, and distributed by
11 the Department during the most recent fiscal year for which
12 these data are available.
