          Appropriates $250,000 from the Capital  Development  Fund
      to  the  Capital  Development  Board  to stabilize, plan, and
      restore the A. Phillip Randolph Museum in Chicago.  Effective
      July 1, 1997.

 1        AN ACT making an appropriation to the Capital Development
 2    Board.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The  amount of $250,000, or as much of that
 6    amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the  Capital
 7    Development   Fund  to  the  Capital  Development  Board  for
 8    stabilization of structures, planning, and restoration of the
 9    A. Phillip Randolph Museum in Chicago.
10        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect  July
11    1, 1997.
