1 AN ACT to amend the School Code by changing Section
2 18-19.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing
6 Section 18-19 as follows:
7 (105 ILCS 5/18-19) (from Ch. 122, par. 18-19)
8 Sec. 18-19. Distributions from Education Assistance
9 Fund. The State Board of Education may make distributions of
10 monies from the Education Assistance Fund, pursuant to
11 appropriation, in addition to such sums as may have been
12 otherwise appropriated for the same purpose, for any of the
13 purposes set forth in this Article, subject to the same terms
14 and conditions that apply to distributions under the several
15 Sections of this Article, respectively.
