1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1072
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1072, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 1, line 17, after the period, by inserting the
5 following:
6 "Notwithstanding any other provision of this Code to the
7 contrary, the Department of Public Aid may, by rule, require
8 participants to pay a co-payment for the drugs covered under
9 this program."; and
10 on page 2, line 8, before the period, by inserting "in the
11 Post-Kidney Transplant Maintenance Drug Fund".
