1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Pull Tabs and Jar Games Act
2 by changing Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Pull Tabs and Jar Games Act is
6 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (230 ILCS 20/1) (from Ch. 120, par. 1051)
8 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
9 cited as the Illinois Pull Tabs and Jar Games Act.
