2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 992 on page 3, line
3 22, after "charity", by inserting "qualified under paragraph
4 (3) of Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code"; and
5 on page 3, line 24, after "purposes", by inserting ", so long
6 as the property is not leased or otherwise used with a view
7 to profit".
